By accessing or using GoPlotzo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law.

3. Platform Description

GoPlotzo is a platform operated by Labour Flex Private Limited that enables users to list, discover, and connect for buying, selling, and renting properties.

• We are not a property owner.
• We do not guarantee transactions.
• We do not control negotiations or agreements between users.

4. Listings & Public Information

The following information may be visible to other users:

• Name
• Profile photo
• Contact details (as applicable)
• Verification status
• Property listings (price, location, images, description)

By using the platform, you consent to this visibility for the purpose of enabling transactions.

5. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

6. Verification

• We may request ID and selfie for verification
• Verification status is displayed publicly
• Misuse or falsification may result in suspension

7. Communication & Conduct

• No spam, harassment, or misuse of contact details
• No fake listings or misrepresentation
• No use of platform data for marketing or scraping

8. Commission & Payments

Listing properties on GoPlotzo is free.

A commission may be charged only after a successful deal is completed.

• Commission may vary depending on the transaction
• GoPlotzo does not handle payments directly
• All financial transactions occur between users

9. Third-Party Services

We use:

• Google Firebase (data, authentication, storage)
• Google Maps APIs

By using the platform, you also agree to Google’s Privacy Policy .

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, or resell listings
• Misuse user data
• Engage in fraud or misleading behavior

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for disputes between users
• We are not responsible for failed transactions
• We are not responsible for fraud or misrepresentation
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

13. Intellectual Property

All platform content and branding belong to Labour Flex Private Limited.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Delhi courts.
